I’ve been making maps long before I became a coach, they have always fascinated me as representation of an abstract guide that you can see in real life when stepping into it.
From leading scout teams through unfamiliar countries to creating cultural maps while living and working in China as consultant as well as supply chain manager, I learned how people, teams, and customers find their way in uncertainty.
Today, that map‑making mindset shapes my coaching. I help leaders and teams step out of internal noise, see what really matters to their customers, and turn that insight into clear paths forward. Together, we map decisions, align teams, and move with confidence toward outcomes customers actually care about
